B2B Travel Agent Collaboration Agreement Great Italy Tour S.r.l.

This Agreement governs the collaboration between Great Italy Tour S.r.l., with registered office at Via Pellegrino Matteucci 11/13, 00154 Rome, Italy, VAT/Tax Code P.IVA/C.F. 12300801003 (“Great Italy Tour”), and the Travel Agent / Travel Agency registering on the Great Italy Tour B2B platform.

This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year starting from the date of signature, and it shall be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods, unless either Party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the expiration date of the Agreement.

By registering and using the B2B platform, the Travel Agent agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Purpose of the Agreement

Great Italy Tour intends to collaborate with the Travel Agent for the promotion and sale of the group tours and travel services listed on the Great Italy Tour B2B platform.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a commercial partnership whereby the Travel Agent promotes and sells tourism services organized and provided by the Tour Operator. These services may include, but are not limited to, tour packages, shore excursions, day tours, transportation services, activities, and other related travel services.

The Travel Agent is authorized to promote and sell these tours to their clients in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

 

 

2. Use of the B2B Platform, Sales and Promotion 

The Travel Agent agrees to use the the Great Italy Tour B2B platform only for professional purposes related to the promotion and sale of Great Italy Tour products.

Great Italy TourB2B platform shall provide the Travel Agent with all relevant information, including service descriptions, prices, availability, and promotional materials necessary for the sale of the services.

The Travel Agent agrees to promote and sell the products listed on the Great Italy Tour B2B platform – excluding the “Bocelli Tours”, which have special conditions specified at point n.3 of the agreement –  through its sales channels, including but not limited to its office, emails, website, online platforms, social media, and other distribution channels.

The Travel Agent may not misrepresent the services offered, alter the content of the tours, or promote the services in a misleading manner.

 

 

3. Bocelli Tours – Special Conditions

The tours related to Andrea Bocelli concerts and properties (“Bocelli Tours”) are subject to specific restrictions with regards to the promotion and commercialization on behalf of the Travel Agent.

The Travel Agent agrees to the following conditions:

  • It is strictly forbidden to promote or sell packages including Bocelli Tours if the entire package is not organized and provided by Great Italy Tour.
  • Should the Travel Agent wish to promote any Bocelli Tours, Great Italy Tour will provide an official widget to be placed on the homepage of the Travel Agent’s website, social media channels, or other public platforms.
  • Any webpage content, text, or promotional material related to Bocelli Tours must receive prior written approval from Great Italy Tour before publication.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • The usage, in any form and/or way, of Andrea Bocelli’s image, name, and/or voice without prior written authorization from Great Italy Tour.
  • Contacting the Bocelli Family and/or Bocelli Management directly, without prior communication with Great Italy Tour.

For any information, request, or requirement related to Bocelli Tours, it is mandatory to contact Great Italy Tour staff directly at booking@greatitalytour.com

Any violation of the above conditions will result in an immediate breach of contract and termination of the collaboration agreement.

 

 

4. Pricing and Commission

The prices displayed on the Great Italy Tour B2B platform already include the Travel Agent commission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the commission shall be 10 % of the net sale price of the travel product.

The Travel Agent is entitled to receive the commission included in the price once the booking has been confirmed and the payment has been received by Great Italy Tour.

Commission payments will be processed upon receipt of a valid invoice from the Travel Agent, as follows: within 28 days prior to the start of the multi-day package, and within 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of any day tour or shore excursion.

The invoice must include the following information:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • VAT Number

The invoice must be addressed to:

Commission payments will be made via wire transfer to the bank account indicated in the Travel Agent’s invoice.

 

 

5. Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering on the Great Italy Tour B2B platform and accessing its services, the Travel Agent confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement becomes effective upon the Travel Agent’s registration on the platform.
